You can log your activity manually or connect to other lifestyle apps including Google Fit, S-Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings; all of which can be downloaded and monitored.
